The publishing house

Independent
by design.

UTP House is an independent publisher bringing together long-form fiction written under seventeen distinct pen names. The catalogue makes each author's books, series, and available editions easy for readers to find.

Seventeen authors write across thriller, romantasy, literary fiction, dark academia, science fiction, cozy mystery, speculative fiction, and more. Each author develops a distinct voice, tone, body of work, and long-term series plan.

The publisher's role

UTP House publishes and presents the authors' work, maintains the catalogue and edition information, and helps readers find the right book, format, and language.

The writing, story worlds, characters, manuscripts, and creative decisions belong to the authors. Each author decides how a work is written, developed, and completed before publication.

Our authors

The books are written under seventeen distinct pen names. Each author has a dedicated genre, voice, and catalogue plan, allowing focused and consistent bodies of work to grow over time.

Across the catalogue, styles and settings vary widely—from intimate contemporary lives and quiet mysteries to historical frontiers, imagined kingdoms, remote coasts, and near-future worlds. Each author brings a distinct rhythm, atmosphere, and way of seeing, giving readers many different kinds of story under one publishing house.
