Email provider & processing
Our mailing list and email delivery are handled through Squarespace Email Campaigns. Your subscription data is processed and stored within Squarespace’s systems for the purpose of sending these updates.
Unsubscribe
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
Your rights
You can request:
a copy of the information we hold about you
correction of inaccurate details
deletion of your subscription data

First-party traffic statistics
UTP House records limited technical information to understand how the website is used: the page visited, time, referring website, browser language, time zone and broad device category. Known automated traffic is excluded where possible.
Raw IP addresses are not retained in the statistics database. The address and browser identifier are converted into a protected one-way pseudonymous value used only to estimate unique visitors. UTP House does not use an external advertising tracker for this purpose, and traffic records are removed after no more than 400 days.
